September 2024 was an incredible month for Changing a Generation! We visited 20 cities, distributed over 500 sets of school supplies to children in need, and opened two brand new playgrounds—bringing our total to 18! These playgrounds are more than just play areas; they’re spaces where kids can build friendships, feel valued, and enjoy a safe environment. We had some wonderful outreaches in Bulgaria during the month of September 2023. Through the generous giving of the partners and friends of Changing a Generation, we gave away 300 gift bags with school supplies, backpacks, and yummy snacks to the children in our sponsorship programs and conducted 14 outreaches across the country.
