ABOUT THE CEREMONY & RECEPTION (ALL DETAILS ARE INCLUDED - PLEASE READ IN FULL):

Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place in downtown Tulsa, OK. Due to increased amount of registrants, and our desire to accomodate everyone we are switching venues. The new venue is Agora Event Center, located only 4 minutes away from the original venue.

Doors open at 4:30 pm. Ceremony starts promptly at 5:30 pm. Semi-formal attire recommended.

Reception & Dinner to follow immediately after the ceremony at the same venue.

There will be live music, dancing, video presentations, and lots of fun. We would love for you to stay till the end. If you do not plan on staying for the reception, please specify upon registration!

Airport:

Tulsa, OK (TUL). The airport is located 10 minutes from the venue. 

Venue:

Located in Downtown Tulsa, OK at Agora Event Center (www.agoraeventscenter.com). Address: 1402 S Peoria Ave. # 200, Tulsa, OK 74120. A large parking lot is available at the venue.

Hotels:

You may stay in a hotel downtown Tulsa, or at an AirB&B (recommended if several people or families are traveling together). Tulsa is not very big, even if your hotel is located in central Tulsa, you will be only 15-20 minutes away from downtown. If selecting a hotel from www.hotwire.com or www.priceline.com choose selections of hotels in downtown or mid-town Tulsa, OK.

Transportation:

If you are staying only for one or two nights and do not wish to rent a car, Uber or Lyft are great alternatives. 

Airfare options:

* (DAL/FTW) Dallas/Ft. Worth TX is close to 4 hours away from (TUL) Tulsa. Oklahoma City (OKC) aimport is close to 1 1/2 hours away from Tulsa if choosing to fly to those cities.

Weather:
